What Dillr is

Dillr is an AI-powered cooking assistant. It helps you find recipes, plan meals, adapt dishes to your preferences, and answer questions while you cook.

Important: Dillr is not a nutritionist, allergist, dietitian, or food safety authority. Our AI does its best to be helpful and accurate, but you should always use your own judgment — especially around allergies, medical dietary needs, and food safety. When in doubt, consult a professional.

Your account

To use Dillr, you need to create an account. Here are the basics:

• You must be 16 years or older to use Dillr
• One account per person, please
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account
• If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know at hello@dillr.ai right away

Subscriptions

Dillr requires an active subscription to use. A few things to know:

• All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase — we never see your payment details
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings
• We may occasionally offer promotional access (such as a free day pass) at our discretion, which may be limited to one per device

Your content

You own your recipes, notes, and everything you create in Dillr. Here’s how we handle it:

• Your content is yours. We don’t claim ownership of your recipes, conversations, or any data you create
• You grant us a license to operate the service. By creating or sharing content in Dillr, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content — for example, to power AI responses, feature recipes on our website, or promote the service. You can revoke this license at any time by deleting your content or your account
• We don’t train public AI models with your data. Your recipes and conversations are not used to improve models that serve other people

Acceptable use

We trust our users, but let’s set some ground rules. Please don’t:

• Use Dillr for anything illegal
• Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent the free trial limit
• Use automated tools to access Dillr (bots, scrapers, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Dillr running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may also update, modify, or discontinue features over time. If we make major changes that affect your use of Dillr, we’ll give you reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law:

• Dillr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

This doesn’t affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under Swedish or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we’ll let you know through an in-app notice or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Dillr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
