Account & billing
Signing in
You can sign in to Dillr with your email address or Apple ID. The same account works on the iOS app and the web app at app.dillr.ai.
Subscription plans
Dillr is free to download, and new users get a free trial of Dillr+ with full access — no payment needed to start.
After the trial, a Dillr+ subscription keeps Dillr’s AI features — meal planning, recipe and shopping-list generation, and cooking help.
If you don’t subscribe, you stay on the free read-only tier: your saved recipes and meal plans are always yours to view; the AI features pause until you subscribe.
Dillr+ is handled through Apple In-App Purchase and renews automatically. Prices are shown in the app and vary by region.
Managing your subscription
To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open your iPhone’s Settings
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Find Dillr and manage from there
You can also manage subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, your subscription should restore automatically when you sign in. If it doesn’t, open the app and go to Settings > Restore purchases.
Changing your email
To update your email address, go to Settings in the app. If you signed in with Apple ID, your email is managed through your Apple account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all associated data from the app:
- Open Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm the deletion
This permanently removes your account, recipes, cooking history, kitchen data, and any shared kitchen memberships. This action cannot be undone. Data is fully deleted within 30 days.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through the App Store before deleting your account — otherwise Apple will continue to charge you.
